Bitci.com your account via our website and log in to the "RETURN OFFER" option by clicking on the "My Assets" section in the top menu. On the screen that appears, you will view the Fan Tokens that you can refund. If you click on the "RETURN" button by selecting the Fan Token you want to return and the refund amount, your transaction will take place.
